Jon Beard BEd, MSc is the Head of the Senior Year program at Saltus Grammar School. Jon has coached football in the top divisions here in Bermuda, along with the national youth teams. He holds the UEFA "A" License (the highest in Europe). Currently he is the Chairman of the Bermuda Football Association's Technical Committee, the Chairman of the Bermuda Council for Drug Free Sport, the President of BAA Sports Club, and the Chairman of the Bermuda Island Games Association. Jon was responsible for Bermuda's participation in the Island Games, and is passionate about our continued development in these Games.

Andrew is a Vice President, International Treaty Underwriter for Platinum Underwriters Bermuda Ltd. He has his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and is a past president of the Bermuda Chapter of CPCU's. He also sits on the Council at the Bermuda Insurance Institute and chairs their Education Committee

Andrew has been involved with the Bermuda Island Games Association (BIGA) from nearly the very beginning, as either Treasurer or Director. He played volleyball for Bermuda in the 2003, 2005 and 2007 Natwest Island Games. Winning a silver medal in 2005.

Andrew is married to Jennifer and has two daughters Samantha (11) who is competing in Jersey (2011) on the Bermuda Gymnastics junior team in preparation for the Natwest Bermuda Games 2013 and Logan (9).

Chuck is the co-owner of Island Embroidery with his wife Denise. They have two children, Dylan (11) and Connor (10).

Chuck is an avid sailor and co-owns a J-105. He has participated in five Pan American Games and two Olympics with a Pan Am gold medal. He currently serves on the Bermuda Olympic Committee and is a past member of the US Olympic Committee.
Chuck has organized and run the Sunfish and Tornado World Sailing Championships as well as the ISAF World Youth Sailing Championships held in Bermuda.

Chuck is excited about the NatWest Island Games in 2013 and looks forward to meeting and working with all competitors and officials from all participating countries competing in the games.

Juanita played volleyball for Bermuda at the Games in 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2009.  In 2010, she assumed the role of Secretary for the Bermuda Island Games Association and served as the Bermuda Team Manager at the 2011 Games.  
 
Juanita is married to Geoff and has two daughters Heather and Hannah.

Denise has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Johnson & Wales University, Rhode Island.  She has worked in various roles over the last 20 years within the IT and Accounting industry and now runs and owns an Embroidery & Screen Printing business with her husband.  When time permits, she enjoys painting which you can view her work at www.kidsmurals4you.com. Denise played volleyball for Bermuda in the 2007, 2005 and 2003 Island Games. Denise is married to Chuck and has two sons Dylan (11) and Connor (10).

Darrin Lewis is currently the Athletics Director at Saltus Grammar School. Prior to that Darrin was the acting Director for Physical Education on the island. His appointments prior to that were as a PE teacher and then a Deputy Head.

Darrin is indeed the classic sports all-rounder. A prolific field hockey and football player (soccer), Darrin won a soccer scholarship for his university education. He is also a top cricket player, having captained Bermuda to great success in the ICC Youth World Cup.

During his time as Director for Physical Education Darrin developed an excellent network in many areas. It is particularly his network and knowledge of moving large numbers of people around the island that we are currently tapping into.
